1. Privacy Policy

At Quindon, your privacy is our core foundation. We believe that your private notes, conversations, and thoughts belong solely to you. Quindon is engineered from the ground up as a zero-knowledge, 100% on-device application.

Data Collection & Storage

  • Zero Remote Servers: Quindon does not operate external database servers or user tracking systems. All notes, journal entries, audio recordings, images, and chat sessions are stored exclusively in your device’s local sandboxed storage.
  • Zero Data Transmission: None of your content is ever transmitted, uploaded, sold, or shared with third parties or external cloud providers.
  • On-Device AI Execution: All neural text processing, synthesis, and embeddings run locally using on-device inference (LiteRT and Apple Neural Engine). Your prompt data never leaves your device.
  • Cryptographic Security: Vault components are protected using industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption and Apple Keychain-backed cryptographic keys.

Device Permissions

  • Camera: Used solely when you capture visual notes, handwritten documents, or profile photos within the app.
  • Microphone: Used solely when you record voice notes and audio reflections within your personal notebooks.
  • Photo Library: Used solely to allow you to select attachments to insert into your binders or save exported notes.
  • Face ID / Biometrics: Used strictly to authenticate and unlock your local private thoughts vault. Biometric data never leaves Apple's Secure Enclave.

Data Deletion

Because all data resides strictly on your physical device, you have complete ownership. Deleting a note, binder, or uninstalling the app permanently purges all associated files and encryption keys immediately from your device.
